Welcome to the "Mwasem Emp" app. We are highly committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Location Data Collection (Foreground & Background)

Because this app acts as a fleet management and delivery assignments system for Mwasem's delivery drivers, we collect Location Data for the following exclusive purposes:

• Background Location Tracking: The app collects location data to enable live tracking of active deliveries for our dispatch team and customers, even when the app is closed or not in use (Background). This only happens when you voluntarily start your shift and go "Online".
• Shift Management: We require your location to verify clock-in and clock-out coordinates.

3. Camera and Images

The app accesses your camera solely to capture a selfie required during the Shift Clock-in procedure. Images are strictly used for internal attendance validation.

4. Data Sharing

Your personal details and location data are strictly used internally by Mwasem's operations and to provide an ETA to the customer waiting for their order. We do NOT sell or share your data to third party advertisers under any circumstances.
